TIPS: Forward to a better life
Tanzania Institute of professional studies (TIPS) commenced in 2021. TIPS is situated at Tegeta – Kibaoni nearby Semwi Health center, Dar es salaam – Tanzania. TIPS is a registered institute with a registration number IAE/OS/0805 and REG/NACTVET/1174 to provide various certificate courses including clearing and freight forwarding, tour guiding and tourism management, hotel management, secretarial studies, Multimedia Technology, Information Technology and Early Childhood Education(Nursery Teaching) for a duration of one year with affordable and best prices.Till now more than six hundreds (700) students graduated from our institute,some of them have been already employed in various institutes and companies and some of them have employed themselves.
Long-term courses
TIPS offers long – term courses including : Clearing and Forwarding management, Tour Guide and Tourism management, Nursery teaching and Hotel management.
Short-term courses
TIPS also offers short – term courses including : Basic computer apps, English course from begginer to advanced level, Graphics design and video production.
Training
TIPS also offers training on how to use various programs like Ms Excel, Ms Access, Stata, SPSS, Ms Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ODK, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB, Python, Kobo tool box and much more.
